At first I was disappointed that he was pretty late getting to my place but once he arrived he had my AC up and running again in a half hour. The price couldn't be beat. Friendly and knowledgeable. He provided additional information about the age of my unit and replacement costs but he never pushed me to do more than fix the immediate issue. Overall very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend him.
