After using several other companies in the past, I decided to give Chris and his team a shot. They responded, within minutes, to my inquiry that I put in at 11:30PM last night and then had a technician out here by 10 AM this morning. The tech quickly assessed the issue and had it repaired in no time at all. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable, considering they came out on a holiday. I could not have asked for a better experience. Chris and his team will definitely be my go to guys for all HVAC needs going forward.

Chris came out about an hour after I called him. No trip charge or diagnostic charge for doing that. He repaired my unit in about 5 minutes at a reasonable price. He's my HVAC guy now.
