"I bought a $7,000 AC unit and Air Handler in 2016. I was told that I had a 10-year warranty on parts, and if I kept up a yearly service contract that I would have a 10-year warranty on labor as well. That was an outright lie because now, 4 years later, they tell me that was never part of the sale, and I have no warranty on labor. I spent hundreds of dollars on yearly service contracts with this company. What a fraud. These people are liars. Stay away. There are so many reputable HVAC companies in the area. This is no one of them."
