Richards Pool Service

During a rain storm my pool pump died. After a day of heavy rain, the pool was overfilled. I called Richard's Pool Service on Friday. Unfortunately they could not make it out to repair the pump on Friday, but they did offer to setup a sump pump to drain the pool to prevent overflow. The earliest Richard could troubleshoot the pump was the following Tuesday. Over the weekend I was able to make a simple repair to the pump and get it working. Richard visited Tuesday while I was at work, he evaluated the pump and determined it was working properly. He called me to tell me his findings. He also checked out some common problems and gave advice on basic repairs. I asked about pool maintenance and was impressed with the service (and price) his company provides. I was impressed with Richard's helpfulness and how he did not try to sell me something. He was friendly, responsive and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use in the future.

They did excellent work. He was very helpful with everything we needed. He went out of his way to be accommodating to what our needs were. He got it at a discount so he helped us financially get it at a good price. It was at the end of the season.

I have used Richard's Pool service for approx. 8-9 yrs and have had nothing but the very best of service. from the office to the pool workers everyone has been so polite and nice. I would highly recommend them for the best care of your pool.

They were so good that I just hired them to come every month. I don't have to worry about them, they know my pool right now and they just get it spotless. Their price is pretty cheap. They could not find my dog and they called me because they were worried. The dog was in his doghouse. It was nice.
