There have been several issues with the pool. It is horrible trying to get them to come out to check it. Usually I call 3 to 4 times before II get any action. The response is always "I will call you right back" which NEVER happens. They take the phone number but that's where it ends. If you want good service after the sale, this is not the place for you.

First off, we love our fiberglass pool. We had a vinyl pool at our previous home, and liked, but wanted to give the fiberglass pool a try. Glad we did, just wish we would've went with another company. The installation went smoothly, approx. 2 weeks from start to finish. Here's the problem....... we didn't want tile around our pool to begin with (wanted a solid white pool), and we were told that was fine, then the next thing we knew, there were holes drilled around the top and so now there was no choice but to install tile. Obviously the person who relayed that info was incorrect about not having to have tile installed. Ok, fine, picked out tile and are actually quite happy with the decision. Well, the tile was installed, but halfway around our pool, the "tile guy" for reasons unknown used a different color grout around the top of the tile (where tile meets cool deck). Ok, I get the fact that mistakes happen, but we've asked for 3 YEARS for this to be fixed! In fact, we've asked for the correct grout ourselves and WE would do the job. They say sure we'll get someone out to fix..........still waiting. They are obviously disorganized and have no idea what's going on except for installing pools. Anything after that, they'll say "sure, we'll get right on that". Still waiting Pools of Carolina! Bottom line, they're good at installation of pools, but customer service and follow up are not on their agenda.
