Project went very well. T worked with me on concept and then his team did a great job. There were issues along the way and T communicated the issues and potential resolutions. In the end, the building turned out better than expected. T managed to the budget and there were no cost surprises.

Roof was installed....additional money was required due to mis-communication between T and his sub contractors. The project was never completed. Gutters that were paid for were never installed. Siding that was improperly installed was never corrected. Numerous phone calls to T were ignored or never returned. Another contractor was hired and paid 1,500.00 to correct and re-do some of the siding that was not correctly installed and to install gutters. I will also need to contract with a painter to re-caulk, sand and paint the posts which were not done properly. I recently called T and asked if he considered this part of customer satisfied quality workmanship. He said he would come to look at it but has not and I do not expect to hear from him regarding this. If anyone chooses to work with T's Construction - I think he is quite capable of doing quality work. Just be sure and all quotes are in writing and that full payment is withheld until the job is completed and you are completely satisfied.

VERY competent and dedicated from estimate to final nail. Worth double the cost! Honorable Man and crew, a breath of fresh air in an area of incompetents, thieves and charlatans. Till I found his company on this site, I was playing Russian Roulette with FOOLS! He could give lessons on HOW and WHY to do the job right, the first time.... In other words-HE ROCKS!!!! IN HIS WORK!!!!

I told T I needed the condo painted quickly in order to get it ready for sale. T rearranged his schedule and began work the next day. He quoted a week's time for the project but then he finished the painting in three days. He must have worked 16 hours+ per day to have gotten that done. The quality did not suffer for the speed. Excellent job.

BETTER THAN I DESERVED for the cost.....

T fixed the mower completely and had it back to me in a week. The mower cranks every time. This is my second time using his expertise and I will be calling again.

I was side swiped on the driver's side of my vehicle while driving and the truck tore my mirror off my car. I happened to have spoken to T that very day. He drove to the wreck site, Found the broken mirror, drove to a junkyard and got an identical mirror and setting and had repaired, reattached, and painted the mirror cover to match my vehicle. I had NO IDEA he even did this kind of repair! T has been an exceptional Handy Man. T is someone I am proud to recommend to others.

We had an excellent experience with T and his small crew. All of the work completed was exceptional and he was very professional and courteous at all times. T completed a very big project without disrupting our entire home and worked hard to keep us within budget. He was upfront and honest througout the endeavor. We will be hiring again.
