+ -1 moreEverything is now working fine. He was also able to work on a minor issue without me taking the computer in for service, using a remote connection. this is a wonderful service when it is possible, saving much time and money.
Description of Work: Jason, who is the owner, was able to restore my computer when the operating system crashed and would not open. He had to restore the operating system after being able to save all my important documents and photo files.
