Mark was a true professional. Not only did he respond the the request for a quote quickly, he scheduled an appointment to take a look at the job the next day. When he arrived he was very polite and gave some great advice. He quickly removed the tree and ground the stump down to level ground in very quick order. The job was done on time, on budget, and the work was done with quality. He understands return business requires quality work. Highly recommended.

Mark did his usual fantastic job at a reasonable price. He takes pride in his work and, once again, did great work. He did additional work at no extra charge. We will continue to use him in the future.

Very well! Mark is very pleasant and professional, obviously knows what he is doing. He looked at my property and we talked about my plans and how to best deal with the stumps that were in place. There were 3 total to be dealt with and two were substantial in size. Definitely would hire again. Worked efficiently and carefully, arrived to job site a little early (good!). His secretary called the day before to confirm the appointment.

Hi there, Like the subject line says, we have a huge Bradford pear tree in front of our home. It's a very nice tree and provides us lots of shade in the summer -- our youngest boy calls it his happy tree :-) However, it was getting so big there were limbs getting long enough our boy could reach up and touch the ends. Mark Wenninger came out the day before Thanksgiving and got our happy tree trimmed up and looking just amazing. There might be a lot of fellows who have saws and can cut, but Mark is an absolute artist. We have had Mark out to our property before, and we will surely do so again.

AWESOME...Once we met Mark, we knew he was the right guy for our landscaping project. He comported himself professionally He was confident. He was clean and courteous. He cleaned up his work area and except for the trimmed branches, you couldn't even tell he was there. Will hire him again if similar work needs to be done.

Mark showed up on time, reviewed the scope of work, listened to my concerns and shared his thoughts, and offered to do the job on the spot. Fantastic. Mark came and provided a quote on the day and time that he said he would, and then returned the next business day and completed all the work, exactly as agreed. Mark does business with a handshake and a smile, and I won't call anyone else but Mark the next time I need help with my trees or my landscaping. Mark moved all the wood and branches onto the curb in front of my house so the county trash service will pick it up, and cleaned off my drive and the lawn of all the branches and leaves that fell during the pruning. He was very careful around my heat pumps and screened porch to make sure no damage was done.

Mark did an excellent job. Yard is back in shape.

I had received a few estimates and more no-shows from other vendors. I made an appointment for a Friday at 10:00 with Mark. As it turned out, this was the day that Hurricane Florence was to strike up the coast in N.C. Mark called earlier in the morning and offered to come out at proscribed time. He seemed to have a broad knowledge about my trees and general concern that the trees continued to look “natural” after trimming. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions on the best way to proceed. He provided a reasonable estimate on the spot and then surprised me by offering to start right then because some of the trees were already brushing against the house and he was concerned that the increasing hurricane winds might cause some damage. I agreed and he and his helper immediately set out to clean things up. After he completed, they cleaned everything up nicely. One thing that impressed me was when I asked him to remove one tree that completely hung over the house, he looked at it very carefully and politely declined. The position of the tree would make safe removal impossible without a large cherry-picker. I appreciated this answer because it showed that he was more concerned about my house and the safety of his workers than getting a larger fee. I will use his services again.

Mark returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled for a couple days out. When he arrived, he asked us to determine if we wanted for him to just remove dead palm fronds and branches or to make our palms "look like a million dollars." We opted for the million dollar look at a reasonable price and he began cutting. I got really nervous seeing so many fronds removed but he asked me to step back and look at the overall effect. Sure enough, whereas before we had what looked like a bungalow overgrown with dense low-hanging, brown foliage, now we had a very attractive house with two lovely green stately palms! The change was dramatic and we have much better light and air circulation in front of our house now, too. He cleaned up everything, including blowing leaves off the roof and walkways and hauled away all the debris.

Mark was very professional and timely. He worked until the job was completed and was to my satisfaction. I always expect that when I hire someone to complete a job that it be done to the level that I would or have done myself. Mark appears to be a kind, dependable and honest hard working individual. Qualities that are often laking out there in today's service industry. I would hire him again without hesitation and will recommend him to others in need of service.

Mark showed up early (!!!), gave us a fair and thoughtful quote, and got right to work. He was exceptionally polite and professional, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. We'll hire Mark again without hesitation.

Mark did a fantastic job!! He is a perfectionist. He also made suggestions for our bushes and trees which we greatly appreciated. This is the second time we used Maark and will definitely use his services again.

Mark was very punctual, professional and prompt. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on the best way to go about the tree trimming we needed. He performed the work quickly and at a great price. Mark cleaned up the work site when finished and left it cleaner than it was before. We first hired him last year and called him back for a second round this year. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs any tree service.
