Description of Work: They couldn't take out the tree I wanted because it was too tall. They did take out one other tree that also needed to be taken out. They did trim back a couple other trees and did a good job cleaning up.

Description of Work: Mark and his crew worked quickly to remove several small trees and trim others. They took branches to the curb and cleaned up the area when work was complete.

Description of Work: Mark trimmed some trees and pruned some branches that were hanging over part of the roof. He cleaned up where he worked and stacked everything at the curb. He was on time and was very pleasant. I live in a subdivision that has very strict rules and so I was limited as to what I could have him do.

Description of Work: Mr. Wenninger came out this summer to do " a complete yard makeover" as advertised. He was prompt, polite, and scheduled the visit right away. We had a brief discussion on what we wanted done and he and a buddy got to work right away. They worked very hard non-stop and were there from about 9-2pm and did a great job clearing the brush against our fence. I would have liked more tree work but felt uncomfortable asking for more as he and his associate seemed ready to go when we inspected the work at about 2pm. My major problem is that they annihilated our sprinkler system when cleaning up the brush. I made sure he was aware of the system (which was exposed in many part of the ground) and to be cautious not to damage it. It appears that they covered the damaged areas with debris from the clearing as I did not see the damage until I tested the system and bits and pieces began poking through. They did a good job in chopping everything back but I would have liked to know that the system had been chopped up too, and I do feel like they could have done more for that much money...... I would be surprised if they were unaware of the damage they caused. Overall, Mr. Wenninger is a hard worker who seems to take pride in his work but I would have felt better paying less, being alerted to the damage made, and/or I should have been more aggressive about asking for more tree work.

Description of Work: The service provided was general labor. It was advertised on your site as Landscaping services to include design. plant selection and full landscaping servises. He did clear some areas, clean up existing beds etc but did not meet what was advertised.

Description of Work: The provider advertises tree trimming. After purchasing $199 for $400 worth of tree trimming and waiting a couple weeks for the service date, I find that he does not actually trim all trees. I have 4 large oaks in the front yard and 1 in the back. He refused to prune the trees in the front and refused to work on the tree in the back. He says that he does not climb trees and he does not have the equipment to trim taller trees.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List special for 2,000 in lanscaping work for 900 . Mark and his assistant worked @ 5 hours doing general yard clean up , and then left while promising to return the next day ...... well , it is many days later and I haven't seen Mark . I feel like I have been taken for a sucker . While I love Angie's List , and have have written many positive reviews for contractors obtained with this service , I am very , very disappointed with this experience . I wish to warn others from being duped like me . I plan to call Angie's list and bring this shoddy state of affairs to their attention . I also plan to take Mark to Small Claims Court if he continues to avoid performing the work as represented in the " deal " that I purchased . I would everyone to only pay AFTER services have been performed .

Description of Work: Provider says I need a cherry picker to cut the high branches I need cut and he doesn't provide that service.

Description of Work: Mark trimmed some trees that were too close to the house and cleared the underbrush in my wooded backyard. | |The wooded area was done to perfection. Great job! Best it's ever looked. | |The trimming of trees could've been more controlled, at one point a large branch was allowed to hit my house. Fortunately, no damage was done. | |Mark is a very nice guy, but as a woman, it was very aggravating to have him "talk through me" because I am not a man. I take care of the maintenance of our home and am very capable. The "look here, little lady" attitude was frustrating, but something that I should probably be getting more used to from the older generation of men.

Description of Work: Mark removed limbs from trees to stop them from touching house and to open up the view. He was fantastic! Full job done in less than 3 hours. I couldn't be more pleased! I will be recommending his service to my friends and family.
