Mark contacted me within 2 days of my purchase and we made arrangements for a date and time. He showed promptly when he said he would. I purchased through one of the big deal offerings. After he arrived I discussed removing some bushes from my front yard in addition to pruning some small trees. He performed all the work nicely ad left my yard looking great. I will definitely use him again.

He was very professional. He did the job in a timely manner. He stacked all the wood on the curb and cleaned up all the refuse. I was completely satisfied. He does a great job.

The only work I received was a crepe myrtle that was too close to the driveway being cut down. The tree was making it difficult to maneuver in and out of the driveway. It is now worse because the tree was cut down to 2-3 feet tall with several large base limbs standing, which now makes it impossible to see at all when backing. I am afraid every time I back out that I will tear up the side of my van. I was asked if I wanted the cut down limbs on the street. I said if they were cut into small lengths it would be fine. The limbs are probably 6 feet long and were not picked up since they are too long. I expected the tree would be cut to the ground, and hopefully the stump ground down. Mr. Wenninger was very polite, but I let him know I was not very happy but no attempt was made to cut the tree down closer to the ground.

Mark contacted me within a day of my purchase. We scheduled his visit for the following week and he was very flexible with the date and times. He showed up exactly when planned and was ready to get to work! He was very knowledgeable about my trees and what would work best as far as trimming them. He did what I wanted and then some--I had a small budget for any extras. Thank you Mark for all you did, and I see you when the weather gets warmer for some more landscaping!

See above. I would say he has not been painting until he joined Angie's list. He was a nice guy however and evidentally needs the work.

I could not be more pleased with the job Mark did in my yard. I have 11 trees in the backyard and 3 in the front so there were a *ton of leaves. Once he finished I could once again see the ground in both the front and backyard. He also hauled away branches that another person had left from a previous job. They took it all with them so I do not even have the bags in the yard. Super nice, professional and just overall good guy. I would recommend him (and will) to everyone I know. He's going to come back and paint my downstairs once I decide on a color!

Did a great job. Paid attention to detail and cares about the work he does to look its best. Works fast without interruption until job is complete.

The master bathroom still has streaks and drips that I am going to have to redo. The main problem was he spent about 4 hours doing the two rooms. He rushed through the job and when there were drips in the painting because he was going too fast he blamed the type of paint that I had purchased. He finished the job and when he was completed he gathered his belongings and rushed out the door. If he had taken his time and not rushed he would have been able to finish the job in about 5 hrs which would have been a non issue. To have him rush and still have a streaky bathroom... at best average.

It took a while to reach out to me and set the appointment, due to the success of his ad. Which is understandable. After we set the appointment, I understood he would be there fairly early, but arrived at 9:30am. I called at 9:25 am and he was nearby. Satisfied with work, until I saw that another section of front porch was not completed. Felt he should have asked if I wanted it painted also, since it was right below the railing and was peeled as railing was and was white. I assumed he understood that was part of the porch painting. Now I have to paint that section myself as it does not match and is very noticeable when you approach the porch. He was very pleasant and the painting looks good.

Mark showed up on time. He did a nice job. But he claims he gets paid from the time he leaves his home, until he returns to his home, which meant he only painted for 5 1/2 hrs, not 8 as listed on the order. I never heard of that type of billing. But I am happy overall with his service.

Mr. Wenninger did a very good job getting all the hanging limbs off the house that I could not reach myself and blew all the leaves off the house from early leaf falls. Was very courteous and did the work quickly and thoroughly. It wasn't until after he had finished that I found the landscape lights broken. They had previously quit working (solar), so I had planned to replace them. He broke some landscape lights with limbs dropped from the trees. Needs a little more attention to detail. He had vehicle trouble and did not call me. I called him. Was 40 minutes late, but finished the job quickly and thoroughly.

It could not have gone better! I wanted tree work done, but I didn't want a huge bucket truck coming in, possibly cracking my sidewalk, and leaving me with large wheel ruts in my yard. This guy has "his head on straight". He has a great work ethic, is fair, and really wants to do a quality job. Trimming the holly trees was a bit subjective with regard to how much to take off to make the tree as symmetrical as its twin tree right across the sidewalk. Mark was very patient, offered suggestions, while working to make my decisions happen. He cut all the major limbs off the eucalyptus tree, then attacked the trunk in short order. Everything was done expertly, including stacking all the refuse for pickup. If you need a 100 foot oak tree cut down, you may need a huge truck with a lift, then you may need a large tree service. But, I was absolutely amazed with what he was able to accomplish with the tools he had. He mainly used a gas extension pole saw, a gas extension pole trimmer, blower, and ladder. This guy is a rare find. Although I tried not to get in his way, we did have some opportunity to chat. During those brief times, I found that his values matched mine, and, if he were a next door neighbor, he would be an asset to our community.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. He came and that one was a little bit more critical that the other one, he called the very next day and he came out and we scheduled an appointment and he came out the day he said he would, he was one time, very friendly, very, very professional. He mostly interacted with my husband about the trees and lawn care. On his write up and on his business care it is very clearly stated that he does the hauling and removal of the stuff, but when he quoted us, what we wanted to do was more than the $400 coupon, this is actually a $2000 job. We are going to have to save for it, I told him we can do this but I just need to start putting money aside so we can pay him all at once. Or do the front of the house first and the back for the rest. He called on Monday and came out on Tuesday, so he was real fast. I was so impressed by him, he told me right off the bat how he could save our trees so we didn't have to cut it down, get all the limbs away from our house, what we needed to do with the shrubs, how we could make our house from a zero to hundred. It's a lot of work, and he really, really impressed me.

Mark arrived on time and trimmed the trees right away. I will call him next year.

My experience was very good. Mark came and did a good job. He did small jobs for me, but he came and did it promptly and did it properly and he was a good worker.

lAfter he finished the first day of painting and he returned the next day to finish his work I pointed out that the ceiling had various areas that had a different sheen and streaks which he proceeded to touch-up which actually made it worse. I paid him the full amount due and he left. I also noticed that the stairwell walls when daylight or the hall lights shone on it had the same problem with outlines of different sheens. I then contacted another painter to repaint the ceiling on the first floor all over again. He used new rollers, covered the floor with canvas tarps, and everything thing else was wrapped in plastic, light fixtures, covering large furniture with tarps. He did a fantastic job on the ceiling and I was very happy. This painter told me that when you have these different sheens which is called flashing you have to repaint the whole area. So all in all I had a difficult experience and costly.

Mark painted my daughter's room before we moved into our new house. He did a really great job and even ran out to Lowe's to get another can of paint as I hadn't bought enough for the room. He was really clean and didn't make any mess at all. Mark also came and removed a tree from my yard that had fallen in a storm as well as a vine that had grown up over my deck. He did an excellent job and it was impossible to tell that either were ever there in the first place. He also laid the mulch in my yard, got rid of all the weeds, and mowed and trimmed my yard in a home that I am in the process of trying to sell. It look gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

He has done work for me for the past 24 years. I have never seen him once spill a drop of paint. He is reasonably priced and hard working. He is prompt and efficient. He is honest and trustworthy; I never worry if he is there by himself. You'll never find any painter that is better than him.
