Mark Wenninger

Mr. Wenniger is absolutely great! He said he would be at my house by 10:30, and would go ahead and start if I weren't home yet. When I got home at 10:45, he was on the roof, well on his way. He stacked all the limbs neatly for pick-up, he painted my door beautifully, and I have no doubt he will be as wonderful on Monday as he was today. If you are looking for someone to handle your tree issues, look no farther!

I purchased $400 worth of tree service for $199. Mark and his helper were both personable and prompt. Upon learning that he did painting too, I asked for a quote. He came the following week and painted the living room,kitchen, hall & stairway. I am plased with the result.

Mark is very responsive by phone and I found it easy to make an appointment. He is a very hard worker and you get your money's worth. If you see something you don't like, all you have to do is say something and Mark will take care of it. He cares that when he leaves, you are a happy customer. I found his prices to be very reasonable, as the limbs that hung over my pool were quite sizable. He works quickly and efficiently. I asked for an extra card to pass along to people I know, which says it all.

Mark and his crew jumped on it instantly and knocked it out in no time. I had a set price in my head that I was going to pay for the job and Mark's price was so good I offered him to actually pay him an extra 250 on top of what he wanted. I have no problem paying for services rendered by professionals such as Mark. We already have an agreement on future projects and I can't recommend him enough.

Mark was very efficient and very personable. He was very willing to accomplish all of my requests before leaving. He has a wonderful work ethic and I plan to call him for future tree maintenance needs.

Mark got in contact by phone the day after the services were purchased (Big Deal). We set up a time for him to come take a look at the work I needed to have done. The biggest part of the job was to remove a palm tree that was growing up through our back deck. In fact, the deck had been built around the tree. It looked diseased or at least worked over by the birds, and not in good health. Mark took one look at it and said it was rotting because the bottom of the trunk was sitting in the soggy ground underneath an enclosed deck, and it was getting no sun, so slowly rotting away. He cut the trunk even with the deck. (There is a "collar" present fixed to the deck, and the person who is refinishing the deck is going to remove the collar & whittle away at the remainder of the trunk, so that its height is below the surface of the deck, and the hole can be filled in with a few deck boards before re-staining.) He sawed the trunk into smaller logs and stacked out by the road for the garbage pickup the next day. The other dead limbs on the trees were removed as well. Mark acted so quickly to get my palm tree down, that the rest of the work scheduled on the deck can proceed without any wait. I'm very pleased with the results.

Spoke with Mark about trimming / removing several overgrown shrubs and tree limbs causing disharmony between me and my nextdoor neighbor. Mark came out the next day at the agreed upon time and we discussed what to do. He was so easy to talk to and listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve. He did such a wonderful job that I had him cut down and remove several trees from my front yard as well. My yard looks great and the neighbor is happy! I look forward to his help with future projects.

He worked hard and did an excellent job, including hauling away the trimmings. I'm going to hire him again to touch up the paint on my house and stain and seal my fence. Highly recommend.

I don't think the provider has had any training in his field. Toward the end of removing all of the limbs/branches, he told me he was going to need more money. I declined. I told him if the services were going to be worth more that the $400 value, he should have told me at the outset, when I was detailing what needed to be removed. To his credit, he did complete the service

He left my yard in very good condition.

He did a good job. But I had a hard time getting in touch with him. I decided to spend an extra $200 for additional work to be done. I am happy with the work- he did what he was supposed to do for me. He also seemed to be using a ladder dangerously. There was a pest control company that was there during the service, who helped the man because he was swaying back and forth. While he was on the ladder he had a chainsaw, which could lead to other injuries if he happened to fall off the ladder. He did solicit more business from me multiple times and the pushiness of other sales I did not appreciate.

He was okay. He was very personable and nice. He worked hard, but I just don't know how qualified he was because he was not a real arborist.

Mark did an excellent job and worked non-stop for almost 8 hours . Mark also showed us how to maintain the yard in the future and helped provide a mixture for weed killer and pest spray with spray bottles for us to use for the next two years.

He did what I asked him to do and cleaned up very nicely. He was also very responsive when scheduling.

I would definitely hire Mark again. He was a real perfectionist. He arrived at 9:15 on the dot and worked until 3:00 in the afternoon with his worker. They meticulously trimmed and shaped everything and cleaned everything up and hauled the debris away. I was very happy with his work.

Mark was nice but not very well prepared for the job. He had no ropes or safety equipment, which would have been helpful for the job. Luckily everything went well and there were no accidents but the tree was close to the house and could have fallen the wrong way. Offered full clean up of the job and was very thorough about getting wood debris removed.

Mark returned my call within hours. He was courteous and professional. He arrived on time, did his job and was gone within an hour. He helped me with some questions and gave me some advice on the care of the palms and was truly a pleasure to work with. My trees are happy and I will definitely use him again.

Mark is a very fast worker. He did not stop until he was finished in about 2 hours. He knew what needed to be done and did it. A very good worker and a nice man.

I bought an Angie's List special for Mark's landscaping services. The special was for $400 worth of landscaping for $199. Mark contacted me shortly after I bought the special, we talked about the tree trimming I needed done in the front yard & set up a date for the work to be performed. Mark was very pleasant and professional to deal with, contacted me before the scheduled date to confirm and showed up on time to do the work. He made several suggestions about what I wanted done and I am very happy I took his advice as the end result was much better with his input. We discussed additional work in the back yard and quickly came to an agreement on a fair price for the work. Mark not only performed all the tree trimming services I had requested but cleaned everything up afterwards and stacked all the tree debris up in neat piles at curbside for pickup. I will definitely contact Mark again for landscaping services on my property & have no hesitation in recommending him to my neighbors.

Mark did a fantastic job. What an excellent painter he is plus a conscientious gentleman. I am the General Manager for a local remodeling company and we have had Mark come quote jobs since he did such a good job painting my bedroom. I highly recommend him.
