Mark Wenninger

I did not use this guy because he refused to come and look at the job to give a quote. He threw out a number of $200 without really having any idea of what needed to be done on the property. Then he said his prices never go down, they only go up. Bizarre. I will plan to use someone more professional who will give me a written estimate and who is able to demonstrate his knowledge and experience with huge live oak trees.

Mark is an honest, responsible and skilled arborist as well as a really nice guy. We look forward to having his help regularly.

He did a great job and my backyard is looking less messy.

He is very thorough and did a fantastic job. The best it's ever looked. We've had it cleared 3 other times by other people and it never looked this good. He gave suggestions for a plan to keep it looking good and will come out to spray later.

I have a 1.2 acre lot that needed a cleanup of debris. Initially I called Mark to haul away debris from a tree that was cut down and cut up. The price was $200. The grass was high because the County dug ditches along the road before paving without giving me a driveway onto my lot for months. Mark said he could bush-hog the dense areas and clear an area around my septic tank (2 trees and saplings) for $300. Okay. Then he said he would rake the lot and burn the dead leaves and dead limbs that had fallen from the trees over time, for $500. Mark is a self-admitted perfectionist, a good worker who did a fine job for me. As a businessman he does what is important to be a success. I like that. But, in my financial position, I just couldn’t justify or afford to pay $1,000 to clean up my lot. Considering the offer to rake and burn for an additional $500 distressed me for days so I cancelled his offer to do something that I was capable of doing myself. If you want a job done with excellence, you will be happy with Mark.

He is the absolute best.. He did everything he said he would do for the quoted price. He is professional. He calls to confirm when he will be here. We are never left waiting. We endorse Mr. Wenninger and his work. Our neighbors always stop and comment on how terrific our yard looks.

There was a large patch of bamboo that was taking over my backyard. I was unable to remove it myself, and knew it was time to hire a professional. Mark did a terrific job. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done! He also hauled all the debris away, and the bamboo is history. Thank you!

Lets just say I was luckey to find this man. Due to past experiences with contractors, I relied on Angie's list. Mark showed up for 2 days right on time and did a wonderful job. Mark was very friendly & professional. He scheduled us within a couple days of our initial call and arrived on time the day he came to provide the estimate. His price was right so we gave him the go ahead and he did the work right then and there! Mark trimmed one of the two palm trees (the other is just way too high, my husband and I estimate it at about 45-50') and also took down the arborvitae with care as it was in a fairly small area between a fence, house, and pool - it landed perfectly. From talking with Mark you know right away that he is experienced in his trade and that he really enjoys what he does. What a difference when he was done!

It went very well. Mark cares about his work. He's a one man crew and works very diligently while he's there.

Great service by a single-man crew. Even though raking was not supposed to be included in the contract. Mr.Wenninger went the extra mile to ensure I was completely happy with the results.

Mark came out one day to look at some trees Taft I wanted trimmed. He was actually able to do the work that day. He trimmed exactly how I explained and cleaned up perfectly. Then I had him come back the next day and I had him do some yard cleanup. I would definitely use him again.trimm

Did about a week's worth of work removing vines, cutting down huge azalea trees. Work was done in 3-4 hour a day increments. This guy does not move slow. Literally at a light jog the whole time. Totally transformed our historic yard from on overgrown mess to a beautiful garden. Our neighbor (who we haven't met yet) came over that night and he couldn't believe how big our lot was. It seems to be hard to find guys that do brush clean-up without having to hire a full blown tree service crew. This is your man if you want to get your neglected yard back to tip-top shape.

Mark and his helper cut down the identified trees and carried, cut and stacked the branches and limbs on the curb for city pick up. The yard and bushes look clean, clean, clean. This will clearly eliminate the problem with snakes hiding in the bushes over the summer months.

He come when he said he would and did the job he agreed to. He also pointed out that the power company need to trim some tree branch on the power lines, that no one else had noticed. He is proud of his work and very polite.

I have a very large yard with over 100 feet on the marsh. The marsh line was overgrown with weeds and vines. There were small scrub trees that had popped up in the yard and were obscuring the view as well as looking unsightly. Mr Wenninger cleared it all out and left it in a manicured state. It was quite a job, since it had not been done for years. I could not be more pleased with the way my property looks now and with Mr Wenninger's professionalism. I would give him my highest recommendation.

He was really quick. He did everything really fast and when I pointed out a paint that he missed he would make comment like oh he didn’t know I was going to be a perfectionist. The rollers that he used looked like they hadn’t been used in ages.

Mark was great! Quick and perfect service! We will certainly contact him again in the future. He had to cut branches of a very tall tree that were going over our roof. He also had to cut the top half of a pine tree.

Mark was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt for both of our appointments and completed the work on time. He cleaned up all the branches and trimmings and it all looks great. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

I can't say enough about what a good man Mark is and how, above all, he works to exceed expectations. When he left I couldn't tell he had been there, except for the new light that can now reach my lawn! The yard was clean of debris. He even blew the leaves out of my back courtyard.

Mark was able to improve the look of my backyard by clearing and manicuring the yard. He was very concerned with meeting my expectations and did so.

I bought an on-line 'special'. Mr. W called me within 24 hours, ready to schedule work. I waited almost 5 months before contacting him and he immediately scheduled a workday. He is a very hard worker and cleaned up behind himself (did not leave ANY debris after completing job).

Mark and his helper showed up on time. He checked out the tree which is a large pecan tree. The rains and flooding had loosened the root system. The tree was leaning toward the house. Mark suggested that he make a clean cut on one large branch thus rebalancing the tree. He removed a very large branch from the tree. The tree is still beautiful and we are no longer in danger. Afterward, he cut the wood into 3 foot lengths and placed everything neatly by the road. Come spring, we will call him again for more trimming and balancing, once the tree has had time to heal. Mark was very polite and kind, to us and our tree.

Mark arrived within a few minutes of the time he said he would. We walked the yard and he made recommendations and asked questions about what I wanted/needed. He quoted me $500 which seemed reasonable for the amount of yard that was to be cleared. He said he would come back the next day at the same time with a helper and have it done in one day. He was on time the next morning and did exactly what we had agreed upon. My yard looks infinitely better now.

We had to postpone our original appointment due to rain. However, Mark re-scheduled for the next morning and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.
