Description of Work: I bought this deal to get some of my trees/bushes trimmed in my back yard. The service was performed, but I will explain why I gave Mr. Wenninger a C rating. | |Mr. Wenninger arrived late to my scheduled appointment. The day that the service was performed we had a lot of rain. In hindsight.... I wish I would've just rescheduled. Mr. Wenninger and the two men that he brought cut four trees( in a torrential downpour) that I had around my deck. The trees that he cut are decorative shrubs that got out of control. I thought he would shape them and cut them nicely. Well, they were cut..... but it was not up to the expectation that I was hoping for. The one is completely hacked off and tree limbs are just kind of sticking out. I think the job was done in a hurry because it was raining so hard. When I told him that I wanted it shaped up better, one of the men came back with some clippers and just hacked it back some more while he had a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth. I paid him 50.00 extra to haul away the branches, which I thought was included but apparently misunderstood. They weren't able to clean up my deck thoroughly and they broke two of my flower pots. My dad and I had to end up trying to shape the bushes up more because I wasn't satisfied with how they looked. I also don't think for the time that he was there and what he cut down it was worth 300.00. I would've liked a few more things trimmed up, but when I saw the hack job I was getting, I just paid and left it at that. He is a nice man and I feel bad giving him a mediocre rating but I think he needs more training on the practice of cutting bushes and trees.

Description of Work: Mark trimmed numerous trees in my yard. His prices are very reasonable and he is an an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend him!

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for tree service. It was a good experience, not excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently. The only critique I had was he told me to remove the yard debris, holly trimmings and tree branches. I told him I was not going to to do it and we found that it all would fit in the back of his truck.
