BAILEY'S HEATING & A/C

The service pro was great at resolving the issue -- the quality of his work once completed was fine. But trying to get the appointment set-up and then get any info on the late status of the appointment was very unprofessional. The company didn't call back when they said they would -- I had to keep on them to get an appointment set up. On the morning my apointment was scheduled, they didn't show or call. Their truck broke down, which I know can happen but they didnt call or let me know that my morning appointment would now be a late pm appointment. I tried to call to get an update, but their number kept going straight to voice mail (with no returned calls). They just have zero customer service, and dont really care.

They were fabulous, they were honorable, and they did a great job. They came when they said they would; it was perfect. We've had no problems since they were here and they cleaned up after themselves.

They are always on time and they are very accommodating. They always call us; we do not have to call them to make the seasonal appointment. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job, and they diagnose a problem and get it fixed the first time. They are also reasonably priced.

Bailey's did a great job of installing the new units and they completed the work within a few hours. They've come to inspect them once since, and everything is working properly.
