He works for himself and does odd jobs around the house. He did very good work for us on a number of little projects. He does small home improvements and is a good handyman. He does a very good job and keeps in contact with us. His prices were very reasonable and he did an excellent job on the windows. When we got home we could not tell he had even been in the house. It was cleaned up so well under the windows. He is just a country boy, but is very nice and courteous.
Description of Work: I used Mickey Joyner to install new windows all the way around the house and put on vinyl siding. He also replaced timber outside the house that was rotten and. The last time we used him he did a lot of little odd jobs for us over three days. He charged us $250 per day and the work he did consisted of putting up a new door to a storage shed and rebuilding the door frame to that door. He also took down some sheetrock that had termites and put new sheetrock in.
