Soo I’ve had service with them for three weeks and two of those weeks they forgot to pick up my trash. I called them and they had taken a photo of my trash bin which was at the curb but would not pick it up because it wasn’t lighted perfectly with the road. I told them no one had told me that how was I supposed to know it had to be perfect. I mean they took the time to take the photo but not let me know they couldn’t touch my bin without the perfect alignment. No compassion, nothing. They didn’t even apologize. Do not recommend them. I wish I had known this before buying two bins from them! Im pretty p***** right now
