Description of Work: Two Men & a Truck packed me up for a move from South Carolina to Florida. From the time a representative arrived at my home to provide an estimate for moving, to the time the last item in the truck was unloaded, the movers were polite, caring, careful, and efficient with their treatment of both me and my possessions. They did a wonderful job, were prompt, and arrived at the final destination on time. I had no breakage or problems at all during the move. I would highly recommend the services of this company and would definitely consider using them again!

 + 0 more. We have used this service for Three moves in two weeks. Call two weeks in advance to secure their services. If your doing all the packing, be ready to move when they show up because they will be ready to load and go.
Description of Work: They moved three houses locally for our family. Each move was less that $400.00. They arrived on time and were efficient. They also made an intermediate stop at a storage facility and unloaded furniture. They have an hourly rate and they work fast. Do take advantage of their box and packing services.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional, kind and courteous. For what they did, they didn’t charge much at all. They went a little beyond what they even had to do, they were very specific about where everything went. They placed coasters and felt padding under the furniture to protect the floors without even being asked. They could have just brought the furniture in and left, yet they stayed to make sure everything was in perfect shape.

 + -1 moreI would NEVER use this company again, and while I understand it is a franchise, the experience was just too negative to take the chance. This particular branch was impossible to work with and their services were not at all up to my expectations (i.e., not having my furniture damaged in moving it!)
Description of Work: Pro: Though shifty and not entirely accurate, the price was fair, and the movers were respectful and arrived on time. Con: EVERY SINGLE piece of furniture they packed onto the truck was damaged, and the company refused to take responsibility for any of it. (Nothing I packed myself was damaged.) Even the items they said they knew how to pack (i.e., a Sleep Number bed), they packed wrong (according to manufacturers instructions), and so were damaged. Communication was HORRID. I could never get a return phone call from the owner (who gave the initial estimate), and the woman in the office was rude and abrupt. Information was never conveyed, and I found out a lot of what was to be the morning they brought the contract (actually, a form releasing them from any and all liability). These folks are nice enough, and say all the right things when initial contact is made, however are HORRIBLE to work with, and their work is as bad. Skip them and use neighborhood kids - they would do a better job for less money.
