+ -1 moreMy sprinkler system started having issues 5 months after installation. I called Dave (David) and he didn’t call back. After several texts I sent, he wanted to charge me again for “checking what the issue was” when I told him, it should be part of the warranty, the snapped and rudely said “find someone else to fix the issue and don’t reach out again”. I have never had a company that does that- I paid a lot of money to have the system installed, they did a very bad work with cheap stuff; now I have another company fixing all what was wrong and need to pay again! I don’t recommend this company to anyone!!!

Description of Work: My sprinkler system was having problems. I call Sun Pro and left a message. Two days later, I received a phone call saying they would be at the house in 20 minutes. Very nice workers came and we walked the property to see where the problems were. Five minutes later, we received a phone call from their supervisor stating he would be there also. Service needed was explained. They replaced some heads and moved some heads. They adjusted all the heads for best coverage. All in all, it took less than one hour. Sprinklers fixed and redirected. All is good.

+ -1 moreProvided and quote and stuck to the price. Showed up at the agreed upon time, did a great job, left the place clean. Also, I requested they assess our current system (for additional price); made some seriously good changes on that. Robert promised to come back if anything was amiss - and I firmly believe he would...so far have not need to test that promise!

Description of Work: Due to fact I live in CT, all transactions and discussions took place long-distance. My Son met with Sun Pro Owner on day of the installation of the lawn irrigation system. He did a good job with installation, showed up when he said he would. Price very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreThey timetable was two weeks and that is how long it took them. We were lucky that we only had one day of rain that held up work. Workers were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained as they progressed through the process..
Description of Work: We had our original driveway and sidewalk torn out. We incorporated a circular driveway in with the original driveway. All the new work was done with pavers. The sidewalk was done as an extension of the circular driveway. With all the tearing up and moving around, they rearranged our sprinkler system and mad e sure that everything was operating before leaving. As a final project, we also had them grade, level, and sod our front lawn. One note I would like to make. The company is now run by David Blum. He was prompt, professional, and didn't surprise us with any extra charges once the work was started.

+ -1 moreDON'T WASTE YOUR TIMETHEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT DON'T LAST.
Description of Work: I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THIS COMPANY. THE PART THEY INSALLED THE YEAR BEFORE HAD FAILED. I CALLED THEM ON 6-1-11 AND WAS TOLD DAVID WOULD BE OUT SHORTLY. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED AGAIN ON 6-2-11 AND WAS TOLD DAVID WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY. WE WAITED THE ENTIRE DAY AGAIN AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP NOR CALLED. WE TRIED CALLING AND VOICE MAILBOX WAS FULL. WE CALLED ON 6-3-11 AND WAS TOLD HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE THIRD DAY. WE HAD SET UP THIS APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE SINCE WE LIVE IN PA AND WERE DOWN IN SC ON VACATION. THEY DID CALL BACK A WEEK LATER TO SEE IF WE WERE SERVICED. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND WE ARE VERY SURPRISED THEY WOULD BE ON THIS LIST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL YOU FAIL. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreContacted Sun Pro late in the afternoon on 12/15/2009. Received call evening of 12/15/2009. Sun Pro arrived on 12/16/2009 , as promised. Estimate given, described work completed, and invoice was well under the estimated amount. System was fully tested by irrigation technition to assure that quality work had been completed. All work completed in a high quality and professional manner in less than 24 hours from the initial contact with Sun Pro.
Description of Work: Moved three irrigation rotors and added one new irrigation rotor. Recalibrated entire system to cover three additional areas requiring irrigation.
