They can be a little hard to get in contact with but I am glad I kept trying(3 calls). They came that same afternoon fixed 2 broken pipes and replaced my main shutoff valve which barely worked(my system is about 18yrs old). I made an appointment with them to go over my system since I wasn't getting water where I wanted it. They came at the agreed upon time. We looked at each zone together and they made suggestions on how to get the water where i needed it. They replaced a couple heads with tall heads to get over the now mature plantings added 1 new head, moved 3 heads which were partially blocked by plants and changed some fixed head to rotating heads. All work completed in about 3 hrs. Robert and his helper were professional and very knowledgeable concerning irrigation systems. Will use again if required.

Even though it was July 4th weekend, Robert called me back and set up an appointment on his first day back to work after the holiday. He is an expert in his field and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He checked the system completely and made additional adjustments or repairs as required. He and his helper, Louis, are hard workers and want to do the job right. I will use them this fall for my winter shut down and for future irrigation issues.

The workers were excellent. Hard workers and knowledgeable. I had many issues and they fixed them to my satisfaction.

He called and came the same day he was contacted!! Did excellent work and really knew what he was doing. The company only maintains systems and does not do installations. They also fully checked and re-programmed each zone. They were great!

This is my second review. Dave has redeemed himself, sort of at least. It took at least a half dozen phone calls and two additional service calls but at least now the irrigation system seems to be working which earns this company a neutral recommendation at best.

Reprogramming the sprinkler system controller

I wasn't home so they advised my wife what was needed and she authorized the work. They added some PVC and primed the pump. It rained the next two days but on the third day, the pump came on but there was no water to the sprinkler system, which was exactly the same problem I was having before. In fact, I was able to prime the pump and get the irrigation system working on my own before I called them. Obviously there is a problem where the pump/irrigation is not staying primed. I have called Sun Pro enterprises for the last five days and have not received a call back. The mailbox is now full !!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!! Poor workmanship, worse customer service !!!!!!!

We had a number of sprinkler heads that were out of alignment and watering everything but the grass. Robert of Sun Pro arrived and checked the entire system and made adjustments where needed. He also adjusted the timing for some of the zones. All of these adjustments were explained to me. He strongly recommended we contact a reputable lawn pest control company to rid our yard of insects and moles. We thought the price for his service was reasonable. We would call him again as needed.

The men that came to my house where very professional, humorous, knowledgeable & on time. Very reasonable rates. I definitely would recommend this Company ? ??

Fast and efficient, courteous, and has complete knowledge of sprinkler systems. A bit pricey for the amount of time spent, but the work was top notch.

I am very happy with the repairs they made and their continued efforts to resolve all my issues. My system was installed in l997 and apparently varied changes had been made since then and not for the good of the system. Robert and his helpers were courteous and explained all the issues very clearly to me. I now have an irrigation system that works like new. Thanks guys I'll recommend you to all my neighbors.
