Never responded to my inquiry.

They didn't do one thing that I needed done but they didn't quote it either. I mistakenly assumed that it was included, it was edging around the rock beds. For what they actually quoted me on, they did and did well. I realized later that their price was $400-$500 less than the other people. I presume it was because of the edging cost because they quoted me like $450 to do the edging when I approached them later. They kind of disappeared for a while when I was trying to follow up with the edging issue They finally did respond but it wasn't the response I was looking for. I can't rate punctuality, the time they showed up didn't matter. I didn't have any dealings other than with the owner and that was good.

I was very impressed. In fact, I'm going to be calling them back. He came up with some really great ideas to hide the some other things in my yard that I was very uncomfortable with and didn't like. My husband and I really liked his ideas so we decided we wanted to go ahead and go for it. He gave us a detailed estimate. My husband wanted to have it broken down even more and he was gracious enough to break it down even more. He actually had to come out a couple of times to work out the quote and even with him coming a couple of times to work out the quote, he was never frustrated and that's why I'm going to be sure to give him this business. He's a very fine gentleman. It's a very fine company. They never got frustrated with me.
