STOP SECURITY

The worst experience with any company. They were friendly at first, until I went to cancel their monitoring service. They would not cancel my service and kept sending me bills, and refused to refund the remaining of my balance. They refused to return my phone calls or emails. Then when I went to have another company monitor my system the new company said they could not access my system since the STOP security changed the standard program code to their personal code. I attempted to contact them again and they still refused to return my phone calls or emails. I attempted to have another company monitor my system 6 months after the first company attempted to monitor my system and this company also said they could not access my system since the STOP security changed the standard program code to their personal code. I attempted to contact them again and they still refused to return my phone calls or emails. STOP security refused to give the new security company or myself the code or stop by and rest the code to unlock the system. So I have to replace the whole system since STOP security is basically holding my system hostage. Their business practice is to use stop security or no one since they will not change the program code.
