He has been fine. Steve is reasonable, honest and prompt.

The job went very well and they did a good job. They were prompt and did a thorough job. This company was very responsive and got here quickly to take care of the problem. They follow up every year to make sure we don't need anything else and they have a feature where you can get a locked in price. I will use them again in the future.

disaster..was late everytime..no need to say more

needed a drain cleaned out,explained it was the floor drain in basement he said their was no pipe in that drainso he snaked main drain manually..following day flooded again called them and they came next day and he took the large snake and again snaked main drain no floor drain.then charged me again..w**...it again flooded so i dug up the floor drain myself..and found a drain pipe and hand snaked it myself...230.00 down the drain litterally..he was supposed to reimburst me,,,so frustrated...im living on disability and dont need to get screwed ...AWEFUL....THEY PROMISED TO FIX SITUATION AND NEVER DID...also said rates went up due to insurance,bs..i look it up and they are uninsured...if they fix this issue i will update...

No one likes to flush money down the drain :o) But in this case now we can flush everything else down the drain ! Everything went as we hoped. The job was good, fast, fair, and warranted. It was a rare care of a good experience with a service company when they know they have you over the barrel> These guys didn't take advantage of the situation and they did a great job. It was a pleasure to have a professional company.

I called Steve's Rooter Service and he came with in an hour. He was on a job at the time I called. He discovered the real issue was the main drain pipe to the street was clocked and used a rooter to clear the pipe. The guys were very nice, professional, and to quote them "cleaned out our pipes not our wallet." In this day and age of contractors getting there when they feel like it; it was great to have someone come when they said they would without calling repeatedly.
