+ -1 moreVery pleasant workers. Arrived on time and went right to work. Answered all questions before beginning. After completion, I thought carpets were a little too wet so they redid the entire carpet with the removal equipment and that really helped. Total time spent was 45 minutes.

+ -1 moreThe guys did a fine job. I had all the "stuff" removed from the floor and on the end tables and chest of drawers. I vaccumed all three rooms and cleaned all the baseboards. I also did the blinds and the windows. Cleared off the lamps, nicknacks, etc. from the end tables and dressers. I asked the fellas if they wanted anything to drink and they replied water would be fine. Gave them each a bottle of water. They thanked me - they were very polite. They were most accommodating. Carpets were done and the two special applications in about an hour and 45 minutes. They hauled out their tubing, raked the carpets and cleaned up the wet tile from their tubing. All done neat and clean. I am extremely happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone in my area. I thought the price was fair and have no complaints. Description of Work: The two Stanley Steemer guys arrived exactly on time. They already had their shoes covered with the mesh shoe covers. They were very polite and greeted our two dogs right away. I showed them the rooms (3 bedrooms) and asked to have the master bedroom done first and then the two guest bedrooms. They looked at the carpeting in all three rooms and asked if there were any spots that needed special attention. I did have a few spots and they quickly said they could get them clean.. They also said they could move two pieces of furniture with old TV's on top that were too heavy for my husband and myself to move. They said "no problem". They cleaned all three bedrooms, used Scotchguard on the carpets and also an enzyme cleaner with a slight smell that disappeared overnight.
