My apologies to them for not submitting my review earlier but I was ill. I was so pleased by their estimate, their kindness, their professionalism and their quality of work that my apology is that I felt bad for waiting so long to thank them. They were awesome and they were SO nice. I had several roofers whom I had called and who never showed nor ever bothered to call. These guys were on time, did the job, cleaned up and after they completed the work there was a HUGE storm and my ceiling stayed dry. Thanks SRW...and yes, I would recommend you to anyone!

Great job on fixing my missing roof shingles. It was initially stated in my home inspection that 1 was missing and 1 was on backwards but it turned out that it was a missing shingle over the upside down 1 as that is where they start the roof. Steven was great and SUPER polite and explained everything. They got it done in 10mins. Great job guys.

I would never hire them again. They were unreliable and didn't show when they said they would. I have 3 holes in my siding that were punctured by the metal pieces. They said they would clean my gutters when the roof was done-they didn't. They didn't clean up the debris when the project was done. One weekend I rearranged my schedule to be home and they never showed. In December I paid them to put a metal roof on my shed as well. It's March and they never did the work. I have received numerous texts, phone messages and e-mails saying they have sent the check back, but didn't. I do not recommend them.

The guys did an excellent job. I recommended them to a neighbor who had more work to be done than I did. They did an excellent job on that house also. They fixed the absolutely necessary repairs immediately and came back later to finish what wasn't an emergency situation. These repairs were a result of hurricane Matthew.

I had called for repair after Hurricane Matthew. The office staff was pleasant, empathetic and informative. They were concerned for my needs, due to the fact that the exposure the loose shingles caused if it rained again would be damaging. I can not say enough good things about their professionalism, courtesy and expertise and price. I would use them again and refer them to all i know. They are wonderful! Very Happy.

Excellent. Had some roof damage from Hurricane Matthew. Called them at 11 a.m., they were here for an estimate at 1 p.m. and the work was done at 5 p.m. Very reasonably priced. Very happy.

He did what he said he would, which is hard to find these days. Steven identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Thanks Steven

Very prompt response to inquiry about roof and leaky skylight repair. Setup meeting time with owner to review problems and give an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate and the repair was done the same day. The owner and crew seemed knowledgeable and very courteous. When i asked them they even gave me some much appreciated advice on a DIY project I was working on.

Our repairs were done right the first time, which seems to be rare these days. They worked with us to schedule between rentals, the crew arrived on time, completed the job, and cleaned up completely. Customer and work service was excellent!

Fix my mom's roof at a super great price and did a crazy good job. A day after they repaired it, a hurricane hit the area. The roof held out and still looks good. If that's not a show of craftsmanship, I'm not sure what it.
