real nice folks, they responded within minutes of me posting for the job on homeadvisor; came out and gave me a quote the same day. it was lower than i expected and they did more than they said they would when they made the repairs without asking for more money. they'll be getting more business from me in the future as my budget allows.

Fast response to my roof leak problem. Fixed in 1 day. Owner was a nice guy. He took the time to tell me exactly what had to be done and his workers did it. He inspected everything. I liked that. I would hire SRW again. He also did a hose test on the area they did. NO LEAK. :-)

As a residential builder I realize how difficult it is to find quality people in their profession who keep their word. In working with his Dad, I was again impressed with his timely response, professionalism, work ethic and knowledge of roofing. His overall attitude and work was so rarely found that I had him replace the roofing on my personal house the same week! They will definately have my business again!

steve was very professional &polite he was there when he said he would and always called if there was a problem we were very satisfied with his work.

I am basing my review on observations by my son who was occupying the house at the time of repairs and my neighbor who acted as my agent in the repair process. I appreciate that the wife/dispatcher kept me informed as to when the repairs would be made. They understand the importance of good communication

The only issue we had with Steve and SRW is a minor matter of scheduling. But Steve's wife/dispatcher was very good about keeping us up to date about when our repair would get done. There are worse things than having a tradesman running a little behind because he wants to complete his current job and do it right. But even though he was busy, he came out - after hours - to tarp our roof to make sure there was no further damage from our leak. Once he was on site, our repair was done quickly, professionally, and correctly. I'm happy to recommend SRW for any roofing repair.

We were going to have asphalt shingles put on. But, we decided to go with a metal roof instead. They worked with us to figure out the best value and color. We are very HAPPY with the job they did. They are very good at what they do. Yes, we do recommend this company for WHATEVER you need done!!!
