+ -1 moreWhen I called to arrange a date to have our carpeting cleaned, someone was available that afternoon and could be at our home within the hour. We hadn't planned on this quick service, but it was only one room so we were able to remove smaller furnishings to prepare the room. The person who came was very professional and gave special attention to the heavily soiled areas. We had the carpet Scotch-Guarded following the cleaning for further protection. The carpet was restored to its brand new appearance. We were very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Family room carpet was cleaned and Scotch-Guarded for extra protection.

+ -1 moreWas a plesant experience from phone call to job completion.
Description of Work: We needed our carpets cleaned in a hurry as we had company arriving Monday, I called Mr Duane sometime after 6pm on Friday, he was so kind and considerate on the phone when I asked if he could come clean our carpets on Sat, he promised to call me back which he did about 30 minutes later to let me know that he would be out at 9am Saturday. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job on our carpets, he was very friendly and it seemed as though he was a friend. We are definitley going to use him again as a matter of fact we are seriously thinking of setting up a regular semi monthly appt with him.
