Opener was installed by Burton who was very professional in the service provided. After the installation was completed Burton took the time to give me instructions on the operation of the new unit. Job well done,no complaints .

Brian was great, he installed the opener and gave me personal instruction in what to look out for to avoid costly repairs.

Went great. He not only installed the opener but also replaced springs and hinges that were noticeably worn and defective. Probably saved us from having to replace garage door in near future.

Am thrilled that he was the one I called and not one of the big name companies who are just trying to sell. While Brian made the adjustment to the safety eye he explained how to maintain the door springs, rollers etc. It's so nice to know that there really are people like Brian who are willing to not only show up (on time), do the job right, but actually educate the consumer. Thank you Brian for being such a credit to your company.

Very friendly, punctual and spot on with his analysis of the problem. Replaced the mechanism quickly (it had a short), re-keyed the info for the 3 diff remotes and was off to his next appt.

The provider was terrific. He showed up on time, was very professional and he clearly had command of the situation in no time. It tuned out that he had to order my particular size spring - so there was a couple of days wait. But, the parts came in exactly when he said they would. And, the repair was quick and very professionally done. His price was right in line with other estimates I received for the same service. I hope I don't need his services again. But, if I did - I wouldn't hesitate to hire him. A very good Job!

I own three properties and I can attest to the fact that Brian is one of the most honest, reliable and competent contractors I have ever encountered. When Brian arrived to give me a quote (always acquire 3 quotes), he was professional, courteous and honest. It was apparent that he was very well informed about the products and described and guided me in the right direction as to what would be the most economical yet efficient garage door to suit my purposes. I live in an older house and the two doors were not the same size. No problem for Brian. Yet, it was a big problem for other contractors. He made the appropriate modification to make the doors work and what a fantastic job he did. Product was delivered and installed on time and looked wonderful. As it turns out, Brian is also quite talented in all areas of construction. I also hired him to install new windows. Very happy with results. In fact, anything that Brian is capable of doing in the process of renovating my house, he will be the one to do the work...without a doubt.

Called Brian at 8:30AM and set up an appointment for him to be at our home at 10:00AM. He arrived at our home exactly on time. We went over the ailments of our old opener, Brian gave us a few options and then we decided that replacing the old unit was the best approach. Because he had the unit in his truck he started work immediately. Start to finish the job was done in three hours. There are not enough ways to describe Brian's courtesy, knowledge and hard work. We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly to anyone.
