+ -1 moreWe had our floor drain unclogged a week or so ago by RotoRooter and for some reason, it stopped again yesterday morning. I called RotoRooter and they sent Zach Wilkins to take care of the problem. We were impressed both by his professionalism and the fact that although he was busy, explained to us what he was doing and why. There was no charge. The first time they unclogged the drain, a gentleman named Matt was the tech and he showed the same professionalism and courtesy. I meant to write a review after the first visit, but got busy and forgot. Service this good needs to get an excellent review and as many "stars" as are available.
Description of Work: Unclogged a stubborn basement floor drain.
