Mr. Sparky arrived on time. He presented us with a variety of options at different price points. Upon completion of work he provided detailed operational instructions. We discussed possible future projects. We would definitely use Mr. Sparky again.

Service personnel arrived on time. Neatly dressed and did the work in a fast professional manner. We explained our needs and they quickly completed the task. Work areas were clean at departure and you would not have known they had ever been here.

Outstanding company to do business with! First, the company returned my call in a very timely manner (something that does not happen regularly in Myrtle Beach). Second, the company is professional, reliable and competent --- all of the characteristics you want as a customer. Third, the owner is "hands on" and the master tech is very conscientious. Fourth, the work was performed on-time and done correctly. This company met all of my expectations in every regard! I will definitely call Mr. Sparky again!!!

Took all day but he fixed it

Went well and he did a great job, but I thought the price was high for the work that was done. Because we are new to the area we are depended on Angie's List to help us and they suggested this company. They did do good work, but like I said, the price was high for the work done.

Installation was very well done

We bought a foreclosed house and did not have the opportunity to do a home inspection. Ashleigh came out to do the inspection. He was neat, clean and professional. He took his time checking the panel and all the wiring on the main floor, basement storage areas, and outside electrical. One of the main trunk wires was loose and melted several of the breakers -- a serious fire hazard. He gave us 3 options for replacing the panel and we decided to go with the most expensive one that offered full house surge protection and a 10 year warranty. Ashleigh came back the next day, Saturday, with another technician, and together they replaced the panel and did all the re-wiring, re-checked all the circuits, labeled the panel, and replaced/added new GFIs, and some other minor electrical fixes.

They did a great job. They finished everything in the agreed upon time frame.

They were very good, prompt, responsive, clean, they cleaned our bathrooms. They completed the work in time. because they charge by the hour.

It went very well. Very professional demeanor by the electrician and did the work in a timely way.

They called before arrival, stating they were on their way. I reminded them that the ceiling was high and to bring a ladder. They informed me they had ladders. After arrival and checking out the height, they had to get another ladder from the shop. Which was not too far away. Very thorough and professional. I would definitely use them again. On the price, I had an estimate and they came close to that; then I had a small coupon from Angie's list, that helped.

He did a check and he said I did not need anything; he did not charge anything for it. He gave me advice, which was good.

After contacting the company they sent Ashley to do a quote for us. Ashley was prompt and very professional. However, he was unable to give firm pricing until we selected the light fixtures (this made sense to us). Once we selected the fixtures from the lighting store he provided a firm quote. Unfortunately, they sent Brad to do the actual work. Brad charged significantly more than the original quote. At that time we wrote a check for the new (higher) amount. We then contacted Tony, the owner of this business. After a quick investigation, Tony apologized for the error and offered to send a check for the difference or perform additional work for us. We had already decided to add another fixture, so, we chose to take the extra work. During this entire process we discovered that one of the chandeliers that was installed was defective. This was the fault of the manufacturer, not the electrician. However, Tony accepted responsibility for the charges to assemble and install the new fixture because he felt that Brad should have noticed this when he assembled the original fixture. It took about six weeks for the new and replacement fixtures to arrive. When they did arrive Mr Sparky promptly sent Randy to assemble and install both fixtures. He was prompt and professional, as well as very apologetic for the past problems. It should also be noted that Mr Sparky did not cash our original check until the new fixtures arrived and Tony was assured that we were satisfied. Overall, I must say that Tony responded to these problem situations in a very customer oriented and professional way.

Tried constantly to sell us other services. Was constantly telling us about whole house surge protection. Will never use them again

Randy came to give an estimate - it was not a free estimate - that alone cost $89.00. The actual job itself was $403.00. That was with the $25.00 off coupon. I have no complaints.

The electrician arrived right on time and was courteous and neat. Mr. Sparky had a ceiling fan installation special so the job cost less than expected. The work was well done and the fan works and looks great.

It went very well! The technician, Ashley, explained the problem with the smoke detectors and made suggestions on what to change. He also checked the wiring for us on a light fixture in our garage and diagnosed the problem. A new dimmer switch was installed in our dining room and a larger outlet installed in the master bath. Ashley was prompt, polite and explained everything well and did all necessary clean up. I'm very pleased and will use this provider again!

It was an emergency, so the price was a little high, but it was expected. The work was done perfectly. They were very professional, on time and knowledgeable.

He got there on time was very professional. He charged me a very fair price for the work that he did.

I would highly recommend Seth and the company. We live in NY and were spending the weekend at our vacation home, and needed the work done on a specific date, and Mr. Sparky accommodated.

Our service man was Brad, he was great ! very professional, courteous and went to great lengths to keep everything clean ( it was a rainy crappy day ) Brad did not try to push any repairs on us and I would highly recommend him and Mister Sparky.

Serviceman Brian brought a multi-pivoting ladder that allowed him to reach (barely) the loose lighting fixture that had detached from the ceiling over the stairs leading to the loft. However, the plastic electrical box/fixture was cracked due to use of improper screws used to attach the light fixture by the building contractor (phone number no longer in service). Brian found a way to get into the eave area above the ceiling and he replaced the electrical box/fixture with one he had on the truck. He then used the special ladder to reattached the light fixture and checked for proper operation. Everything was completed in a little over an hour.
