I called various electricians for an estimate to have a full house surge protector installed. They were the lowest and the quickest to respond. The electrician's name was Ashly and he was very accommodating and explained all options before he started to work. I will definitely call them when I am in need again.Insya

don't hesitate to call them if you have a problem, service is excellent, price is well within a resonable amount, service is excellent, and they back up their work ! if and when we have another electrical problem w wouldn't hesatate to call them again !!!

From the time I called for an appointment until Mr. Zack left, I was extremely satisfied. I had to reschedule appointments several times and felt like a nuisance. But, I believe her name is Tara, was very kind and assured I was no problem. When Mr. Zack arrived, he was very proffessional and answered any questions I had concerning other services. He discovered the problem quickly, a loose wire; tightened and checked the outlet several times to be sure it was working properly. I was very pleased. He could have said, and charged us for, a new outlet. It has happened in the past with other repairs. I would reccomend Mr. Sparky to anyone in need of electrical work

Next day service. Couldn't guarantee an exact time they would come, but assured me they would get to us (hence the low rate charged). Loran checked the outlet and circuit breaker. Determined problem was with the multiple pronged adapter we had plugged into the outlet. Didn't try and B.S. or up sell us.

Ashley came within an hour of my call. He did an excellent job!

They are fabulous. I am the president of our property owner's association and we had a couple of break-ins. We were doing some things for community security and I asked them to bring out some gadgets that they could demonstrate and talk about. They did it without any problems. They did exactly what I asked them to do. Regarding the motion lighting they installed, it is a weird, weird thing and they were coming out at 8 pm in the dark to see what was going on at different times. That's the kind of service I got out of them. They did a really good job doing the work and they were so eager to come back if something wasn't right. They came back a number of times to adjust the lights for different settings. They were so helpful about coming out. They came out several times and it was hours after they had gotten off duty for the day. I will absolutely use them again; I am already planning things for them to do.

Very helpful from the start - offered an additional coupon on the phone from their website (in addition to the discout offered for finding them on Angieslist.com). They were very accomodating with appointment times. The tech was punctual, extremely helpful, and very neat - he cleaned up after he was finished; going so far as to take the old ceiling fan and the packaging from the new one with him! Would definitely recommend and would surely use again!

I liked everything every thing about them.

the technician was at our home when they said they would be. The put on protection over their shoes so they didn't track in any dirt. They were very efficient and had the installation done quickly.

Service tech arrived promply and immediately found problem. He fixed the electrical short promptly and full functionality returned immediately. The service tech was well groomed and pleasant.

This whole experience was easy and delightful. Tony Zack owns the company, and was very affable and responsive, when I called to ask him for service. I specifically asked him to remove a chandelier from my kitchen, and take down a ceiling fan from a bedroom, replacing it with the kitchen chandelier. I told him I needed it done the next day. James Hadden came to do the job. He was polite, immaculate, and put booties on his feet as he entered my house. He was quick and efficient, and even carried the ceiling fan down to my garage. I will use them again to hang the new kitchen chandelier and install dimmers. They will also rewire the chandelier as it is very old. I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. Zack called the evening of the same day, to check and make sure that everything went well.
