Maintenance 101 Plumbing

Michael came and assessed the situation and came back to make all repairs after we had our new floor installed. He is a master at his job, courteous and professional and extremely fair with his pricing. We have no hesitation in referring him to anyone with a plumbing problem.

I have had Michael do work for me before and this job was just like before - excellent. He was on time and finished the work quickly and expertly. Next time that I have something that requires some help, I will call Michael.

It was awesome. I called Michael, left a message and he returned my call promptly. We scheduled for the next day and he came as stated. At first I thought I just needed the handle fix but my toilet was leaking. Michael noticed and gave me a couple of options. I chose to replace the toilet. Michael gave me all the estimates and we scheduled the next day so he could get the toilet and the assembled parts. Michael came the next day as scheduled and replaced the toilet which was a better quality. He left everything neat and finished quickly. I will be using Michael for all my plumbing and fixture replacement.

Maintenance 101 (Mr. Conklin) did a fabulous job on our shower faucet repair. We discovered, when trying to update the faucet, that the value was in dire need of replacing, We found Maintenance 101 on Angie’s List, made a call and Mr. Conklin was ready to assist in short-order. The repair job was more extensive than we thought and required a completely new kit. Mr. Conklin removed the old value and inserted new copper piping and the value. After a few minor adjustments, the faucet was working in top condition and we couldn’t be happier. As a side note, Maintenance 101’s prices are very fair and Mr. Conklin’s quote was quite reasonable and beat out two other quotes which were significantly higher. Mr. Conklin was cheerful and consistently operated with such a pleasant demeanor that we highly recommend his services. Job well done Maintenance 101!

We called Michael and he scheduled to come out and do the repair/replacement for later that same day. Unfortunately, we were not going to be home so he scheduled to come out the very next day. He arrived early and had purchased the exact disposal we had requested and provided us with a receipt, While he was at our home we had him look at another problem we were having and made arrangements for him to come and make that repair also. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends, neighbors and clients. This is a very good company with a reliable person running it. If you need a plumber, call Michael first!

Michael coached me all the way through it, including pulling the permit with no problem. He kept us updated, and did a beautiful job. He is always courteous and meticulous in his workmanship.

Michael was amazing. He came over within an hour on a Sunday afternoon, diagnosed a tricky issue, and solved it quickly. He did not charge more for it being a weekend. He was courteous, efficient, and professional.

Michael provides excellent service! He was able to schedule the work very quickly. He is professional and has integrity...when he had to return a couple of weeks later to replace a part on the faucet that he previously worked on, he did not charge us for the return visit stating that he provides a 1 year warranty on his work. Michael has been working for me since we bought our house in 2013 and I was never disappointed in his work. He will go above and beyond for his customers.
