Rex and his team tore down and replaced front and back decks. They were very professional and easy to work with. The decks are very nice and sturdy. I am a repeat customer and will definitely hire them again.

Jordan brought several crew to measure and explain exactly what he would deer a Friday. On Monday he came with all materials and work was completed in 8 hours. Left yard clean with no debris.

We bought a condo in Myrtle Beach and live in PA. Under most circumstances the long-distance logistics of the near total renovation may have been problematic, but luckily we were referred to Rex Jordan. Rex could see what needed to be done and even provided valuable money-saving suggestions on economical yet high-quality materials... as well as ways to save time. He and his crew did a super job of removing the old carpeting and replacing it with beautiful toffee oak laminate. We have been working with Rex over the course of three months to complete the renovations, mostly in our absence from the property, and have found him to be 100% trust-worthy and very competent in all phases of remodeling. Earlier this month when we visited the condo, we discovered that we had no hot water...so Rex showed up that day to diagnose the situation. We give Rex out highest recommendation along with our thanks for his on-going assistance.

I paid $150 but I thought it should be $100. Everything was fine. He came and did the job quickly. He was able to fix the problem. He came out in no time and he showed up early. He's supposed to come back this fall to talk about building a deck.

i had this team over first for a outside stairway and deck along side my house. they were amazing. fast, professional and reasonally priced. i had really bad luck with contractors in the past. so i was a little gun-shy to hire anyone. these guys showed up with the amount of workers to get the job done, and done right and fast. Rex jordan oversees the job and joins in on the work too. i was so impressed with them that i hired them to do another remodeling job and have called them back a third time to remodel my bedroom. i love them. i don't have to worry about this contractor. I'm not worried about whether he's going to do a good job, or if he is going to finish the job, or if he is going to add onto the price he quoted me. he charges what he quotes you. they're great. i encourage anyone in the area that needs any work done on there house to hire these guys. you won't be disappointed. i finally have a contractor to do the jobs around here i need done. i had to kiss alot of frogs before i found my 'prince' of a contractor.
