They showed up on time for the estimate and completed the work as agreed. They used a top quality sod and my grass looks wonderful! Highly recommend!

When I contracted with Kevin I expected a back yard that was lush with green new zoysia grass. What I got was spots of green here and there, about 50% of the new sod was and still is dead. We were told to stay off it for 2 weeks which went to 4 Then Kevin explained that it needed to Be consistently warmer and came over and fertilized it, so we waited again then he asked me if I could pay for the replacement sod which I reluctantly agreed to. So here it is mid-June and we contracted with Johnsons mid-March and still nothing I called Kevin today and I was frustrated with the situation and threatened a lawsuit if he did not repair it. He proceeded to yell that he has had enough of me and feels he has bent backward for us and will now never come back. I do not know what he expected me to do. I think he s in over his head sometimes. Nice guy but a really poor businessman in my opinion. I am at my last wits waiting for the grass to get green so to speak. Johnsons is probably good in some ways, I have just not had that experience One more thing. When they delivered the sod they damaged pavers, lawn, and driveway. Still waiting for that to be resolved as well.
