carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI booked an appointment for Saturday, September 21 about a week in advance. I called him from work on Friday, September 20 to confirm and he told me that he had to cancel due to a schedule conflict. The house had already been prepped for the service. So, we rescheduled for Friday, September 27 in the evening. I had the day off from work so I spent most of the afternoon getting ready for the cleaning. Finally, after three calls and three voice mails to the provider, it became apparent that he was going to be a no show and that he didn't even care enough to call and let me know he would not be here. This was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend him to anyone for any reason.
Description of Work: The provider was a no show twice.
