+ -1 moreWe used Grand Strand Garage Door for our commercial building. We purchased 3 doors and paid 50% upfront. When they installed the doors they had dents in the center of every panel on one door. They said they would warranty the door through the manufacturer. So I paid them the remaining 50%. It's been over a year and they refused to replace the door because the manufacturer wouldn't send them the panels. We spent over $20,000 on these doors. I do not recommend them. WARDS BOAT STORAGE.

+ -1 moreWith the help of some friends, a cordless drill and a ladder, we got the wireless keypad mounted and programmed in about 15 minutes. Celeste made me believe we could do this and we did!
Description of Work: Celeste helped walk me through mounting a wireless keypad so that we can open the garage door in case of an emergency. She took time to text with me concerning my questions and made herself available to talk me through it via phone Q and A. This to me is going above and beyond the call of duty!

+ -1 moreI called Grand Strand Garage Door to repair and replace garage door controllers after our house was struck by lighting. Their service was very prompt and the price was very reasonable. They replaced one garage door that fried in the storm and repaired another that had broken previously. My new door is very quiet and I like the new wall controller. I would certainly use them again.
