We were pleased with the quick action of the company once they were aware of the continued problem.
Description of Work: Dean Custom air was unaware of our continued concern with the air flow problem in our home until recently. The problem was that the two front bedrooms were always 4 to 6 degrees different from the rest of the house. They have been out to our house to evaluate the problem, made adjustments and have assured us that they will continue to follow up until the problem has been resolved to our satisfaction.
