Description of Work: My bathtub had a few scratches on the edge after removing a shower door - there were no scratches on the inside of tub, but I was told the entire tub had to be refinished. About a year after it was done, some of the material on the inside of the tub that was used for refinishing started to peel. They came and repaired at no charge. Then several months prior to the 3 year waranty being up, huge places inside the tub were peeling and flaking off. I called a couple of months after the warranty expired and was told, rather rudely, that there would be an approxinate $285 dollars to repair. The owner refused to consider repairing without additional charge and hung up on me. Regular bathroom cleaners are not allowed for cleaning and unless you plan to baby your tub by cleaning with a dish detergent, you would better off leaving well enough alone or purchasing a new tub. I certainly wish I had - there are some cleaning instructions with the invoice, but I was not told in advance how fragile the finish would be. You wouldn't believe how awful the inside of my tub is
