I contacted Thomas Samaha and he responded immediately and came out the next day to give me an estimate on a one-time Spring clean up of my front yard landscaping. I immediately liked him. He gave me what I considered a reasonable quote and got to work the next week. He trimmed the bushes, pulled the big weeds, weed whacked and edged, defined the edges where the landscaping meets the grass, distributed 25 bags of mulch and transplanted a sapling. He even pruned way back a tree, which was 1/2 dead in hopes that we cold preserve it's life. He was prompt and polite, hard working and did what he said he would. My only criticism would be that there was a fair amount of rubble left around the area nearby a tree, which he had transplanted right by the sidewalk which he never cleaned up. Also there was a very visible area, which I had to ask him to weed whack on inspection of the finished work. To his credit, he promptly cleaned up the area nicely. I will likely use them again next year if they're still around.

I could not have been more please with Thomas' professionalism. He is dependable, punctual, and thorough. I am planning to continue using C and H Lawn service for help through the summer and in the fall. Thomas said he could work out a plan for total lawn care, and I could actually pay 1/12 of the yearly cost monthly throughout the year, even though most of the work would be done during the growing season. This would be much easier in terms of my budget, and I hope to do this when my riding mower finally dies for good. It is good to find help that is honest and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable paying in advance and leaving Thomas to do the work in my absence. Update: Thomas completed his first yard service ( mowing, edging, and trimming) and the yard looks fantastic. Even my neighbors commented on how much better it looks already, compared to last summer. My lot has a corner with a ditch and drainage pipe, and I have never been able to get it trimmed right. Now it looks as good as it is possible for a ditch to look. :-). The price for this service, for one and a half acres is $50, which is a very fair price. Considering the quality of work, it is much more than fair! Additionally, for $40, Thomas painted all of the shutters on my house. They look brand new, and I didn't see a drip or smudge anywhere. Again, I give C and H Lawn service a very positive recommendation.

They have provided all kinds of yard care services for me. He has reasonable pricing and he is a nice person.
