Water heater sprang leak. Technician McCoy arrived the same day we placed call to Ben Franklin Plumbing. He was polite, knowledgeable about the new heater and system. Provided helpful instruction on maintenance. Quickly installed new water heater. Cleaned area before leaving. I will use this company again. Fair price. Excellent experience.

Professional and good work

Jeff was wonderful. He was neat and clean and very professional. He answered all my questions. He arrived on time or earlier; took his paper booties on and off every time he went in and out of the house. He also replaced the garbage disposal which was one of the reasons the drain clogged so badly. The only complaint I have is that, even though this was an emergency, I was charged an additional $129 since it was a Sunday. Terrible policy. If there is no "emergency charge' Monday through Saturday, there should not be an emergency charge on a Sunday. I know this charge has nothing to do with Jeff; it is on Benjamin Franklin.,

Jeff from Ben Franklin knew what he was doing. He not only fixed the clogged drain that I caused but he replaced the garbage disposal that I almost destroyed. He made sure everything was tightened and no leaks by double checking his own work. Also Jeff was extremely neat and clean. My kitchen was none the worse for sure after he left than before he came. I would call this company any time I had a plumbing problem if they retain 'fixers' like Jeff as employees,
