Did the work of replacing a valve

Absolute worse experience with a business I’ve ever had. First meeting was with Tony, the owner who showed to my door without a shirt on. Never asked me what I wanted or needed. Never provided me with paperwork or receipt/invoice. Left trash and caps all over my property and did not bury his equipment well at all. Called to notify him of a possible leak within a few days of the service and had no call back for weeks despite calling both numbers multiple times a week. Had to tell him I was calling a lawyer to get a response and when he said he would show up he didnt. Showed 3 days later, just turned the system on for about a minute and stated we didn’t have a leak. Never buried his equipment or checked the heads or lines but instead was rude and arrogant yelling at my husband in front of my kids. Highly unprofessional and unreliable and this is not a business in my opinion. Would never recommend!

They had to make two trips out because we could o ly do one part until pool was completed. They were prompt on their service. Very polite and accomadating. I will use them in the future and i will reccommend their services to my friends

Tony is an excellent person. He was very easy to get ahold of. He was honest about everything...he came and did the job when he said he was going to (actually a day early)! And the price didn't change once the job was finished!! I would highly recommend him to anybody.

On the day of install, not only did they arrive on time, they actually were a little early. They placed all the flags which would make up the six (6) independent zones in my yard. Plus, the six zones would also ensure adequate water pressure to cover the entire yard. Aqua Pro also located the six valve controllers in the same location, not scattered throughout the lawn like other companies. Lastly, Aqua pro finished the job in a half-day's time and before they left, they cleaned and hosed down all my sidewalks and driveway and cleaned up all the areas. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them.
