Absolute Best Fencing Company

The fence was installed carelessly and poorly: 1. The gates are too wide and brackets are now angled to allow them to close and one of them rubs on the ground and is diificult to open or close 2. They left a 8 inch gap between my fence and the neighbors and filled in the space with chocken that they found in my yard 3. The wrapped a length of fence around a counter post in stead of bracketing it to the post. 4. They neglected to paint the about half of the steel colored hardware 5. Some post tops are lose and post are easily moved. 6. They trampled plants and left the area a mess Although I asked to be present for repairs, they assured me it would be fine as they couldn't accommodate me. When I came home, I found that someone came back and only spray painted some of the steel parts at which time they got paint on the vinyl siding of my home. They agreed to come back and did not chow up at the appointed time, nor have the courtesy to notify me to cancel. I have left numerous texts and phone messages, which they refuse to answer. Upon going to small claims court, I learned that they have another fence company, CSS Fence at the same physical address, which is incorporated. In addition, they had me write the checks to a 3rd party. This all makes it very difficult to proceed legally because you must pay $80 to file the claim and if you do not serve the correct person, you lose your $80. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EITHER ABSOLUTE BEST FENCE OR CCS FENCE TO ANYONE!
