Description of Work: Replaced two large casement windows.

Description of Work: I called to get a idea of how much it would cost to get 2 windows replaced. I was told they wouldn't do an onsite visit for anything less that 5 windows. I said that was fine if someone could just call me back. I was told someone would call that afternoon. Two days later and I had heard nothing so I called back and they put me on hold while they got a sales person to speak with me. I listened to the hold propaganda a couple of times being told no job is to small over and over again. When the sales person picked up they just said "Hello" and that was it.. no name, no how can I help you nothing. I started to tell her what I needed and was interrupted as soon as I said I need 2 windows. She told me they have a minimum of 5 windows. I said that I had been told that you needed 5 to get an onsite estimate. Again I was interrupted and was told it was all economics that they had large crews and if it was less than 5 then they would have guys not working and just waiting to go to the next bigger job. I then explained to her that if that was the case then they needed to change their hold propaganda since it clearly stated that no job was to small. She replied with a gruff attitude "Why don't you just tell me what you are looking for" I said I need 2 windows that are vinyl but have wood trim on the inside. Again I was cut off when she said "We only have all vinyl windows" I said I understand that the window is vinyl I said the trim is wood and I also understand you obviously do not want my business so I will quite wasting my time. That is where the call ended.

Description of Work: I called for a roofing estimate. I talked to 2 very nice women. They sent someone out to measure the roof and ,weeks later, I never heard a word back from them. At the Home Show, I saw someone from the company and told the person we never got our estimate. She dutifully wrote down the information and now 3 weeks later, I still have heard nothing from them.. I think they mean well but they are so disorganized, I would never use them. They must not need the business, to ignore a paying customer this way.

Description of Work: Replaced 14 windows plus 1 large bay window. They did an excellent job. The sales rep who came to our home was very low keyed. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. The installers arrived at 8:30 each day left at 6 pm. They were very professional, competent and courteous.

Description of Work: Replaced all 19 windows in my house. did a Excellent job. Window World was very professional and punctual. Windows appear to be high quaility. Not pushy at all. Work crew was very polite and professional. Highly Recommend.

Description of Work: We replaced 17 windows in our home and they look great!!! The service was completed in a timely manner and the workers were very professional. The demonstration of the windows was fast and detailed. My time was not wasted and the product received was just what I wanted/ordered. There was no pressure to buy the product and the sales representative was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and have already recommended Window World to friends and family. GREAT company!!!
