Everything went well

Arrived on time. Very professional. The whole process was smooth. They cleaned up after they completed job. I will definitely use them again.

The main problem is that when they came in to pressure wash they created a lot of debris on the decks and porches. They did not remove this debris before putting on the sealant. All of this debris is locked under the sealant. When the stain was applied, the overspray discolored our driveway, downspouts, siding, and exterior doors. This is permanent! It will not come off. We had a meeting with the owner of the company, Bryce Dixon. He agreed that the work product was not what it should have been. He made a list of all of the things that we felt were wrong with the job. He agreed to come back and address all of these work issues. He came back for approximately 1 hour on May 20th. After this, he won't return phone calls. We got a dismissive letter June 2nd letting us know he would not complete the work. He stated that we were not easy to communicate with. When he pressure washed the house, we had significant damages to trees, shrubs, and flowers. He also damaged our river rock driveway with stain. The window cleaning was good, but thats it.
