Nathan Griner is the owner, who talks a good game about how they check every every possible entry point and give a lifetime guarantee. However, they failed to address a main entry point (that after checking, is a typical entry point to homes) and when I got a rodent again within a few weeks of their work, they refused to honor their warranty. He said I would need to pay another inspection fee ($189) and then whatever costs would be entailed after that. I said I had paid them $4000 already and they had not addressed the place I told them where rodents appeared in my house. He then became verbally (via email) abusive. I have since checked on the price of the materials they used and see that was I overcharged tremendously for this job; I thought I was paying for a thorough job and a lifetime guarantee. I got neither. Multiple reviews on Yelp show that Griner's attack behavior when questioned is typical.

We were very pleased with the work Wild Thingz completed at our home. Jake knows his business and walked us through everything he did and why. His price was fair, his work was thorough and professional, and he more than surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this company!!
