The windows are excellent. Took a lot longer to complete the job than originally estimated, but was worth the wait.

Robert and Patrick were the crew that came over and did the acrylic shower install (which included removal of bathtub). They were professional, extremely courteous and mindful of the cleanliness as they were working. They worked efficiently at getting the job done with maximum effort. They were very personable and informative regarding the product(s) and the company. It was a pleasure having such a professional crew in my home.

The project included removal of an enclosed garden tub and installation of a new custom shower unit. Beautiful job, very professional and completed in just one day. Shane and Joel did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left. Very pleased with the whole experience!

It is actually a walk in tub. I cannot find the exact description. Installation was excellent, they showed up on time, cleaned up after each step, were courteous , professional and did a great job of representing the company.

It was a walk in tub with jets. Very relaxing. Very nice appearance & wonderful for my husband who was falling in the bathtub. No more falls

Walk-in tub installation was superb! Professional and friendly job.

The tub install looks great, everything is working great. We had some early confusion about paperwork, but once that was cleared up everything went very well. Great company to work with.

Prompt, cleaned the area after completion, very neat and orderly.

My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. Thereâ s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldnâ t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.

It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.

Great job, highly recommend.

Expert installation. These folks are also very thoughtful about keeping your house clean. We had a stand-up shower redone and it turned out great.

We are very pleased with the work Robert and Patrick did for us. They were both very professional and friendly, they explained everything and answered all the questions we needed. Quality of their work was great, would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I were under the impression that we were getting stone from talladega Alabama, and it was a man made plastic like product, but overall we are pleased with the end result. It did require a second visit as a solid wall was 2 pieces with a seam and it looked terrible, reached out to the company and they sent the same crew, one of which said some customers like the seam, I find that hard to believe due to the horizontal pattern having lines which do not line up if not one piece, Luckily after reviewing the contract I noted a 3-piece not 4 piece in the contract, company promptly resolved the issue.

These guys were awesome! This was supposed to be a two-day job they completed it in one day. They showed up on time installed all of my windows which turned out beautiful. They were a great crew to work around, they were respectful and considerate of my space. They worked very hard to get the windows installed In a timely fashion I was very surprised when they moved furniture took down and replace the blinds and mostly when they thoroughly cleaned up after the job. I would hire these guys back in a minute! Awesome job!

Fairbanks did an amazing job replacing our shower. Robert and Patrick, our installers, were so professional. We hardly heard any noise, and they were always courteous, explaining everything to us, asking us to inspect the work, and then cleaning up quickly and efficiently. They refinished part of our wall and installed the most perfect, beautiful new shower for us. The company also walked us through every step of the way, following up with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend them for a beautiful, quality job.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. We got to choose everything from the style of shower to the faucet style. They’ve kept us informed on everything.

Fantastic!!! We installed hurricane windows in our house. Our windows look amazing! Everyone was very professional. The removal, installation and clean up went better than I ever expected. Great company I would recommend to everyone!!
