We converted an old bathtub/shower to a new walk-in shower with hand rails. We used West Shore Homes, and our installer Jeff F. was fantastic! He was on time the morning of installation and was finished by 4pm. Jeff F. was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He kept us informed during the remodel, and when he was finished it look terrific! We couldn't ask for a more stress free remodel, thanks to Jeff F. We would highly recommend West Shore for your bathroom remodel in the Columbia SC area, and ask for Jeff F. for your installer!

Mike Austin and David did an excellent job! They were friendly and efficient and made sure I knew what they were doing and gave me options and tips about where to put shelves and bars, etc. They protected our long hall rug and the floors and walls as they hauled out the old bathtub and tile. It was an all around pleasant experience and I now have a beautiful new shower!

had 2 showers replaced same day by 2 crews. Tim and Jeff did guest bath and Drake and Ashton did Master. they got hereat 7:30 AM and both were finished by 3:00PM. great work.

We converted an old surround tub into a walk in shower for my elderly mother. Jeff Aiken and David Munden were on time, courteous, neat and all around wonderful. Jeff was able to answer any and all questions, patiently explaining the details. The house was left in immaculate condition. I never would have know anyone had been there. David even used the leaf blower on the wall to clean the garage and even went so far as to blow the rest of the leaves off the entire driveway! I would highly recommend this company and these workers

The installers arrived on time!! Steven Breland was professional and courteous, cleaning up after themselves you would have never known I just had a tub removed and shower installed in as few as 6 hours. These guys are top notch! Also Avery called to check on the install today and is going to stop by and check on it later, which I think is great customer service. Overall, very happy with West Shore!

I would hire them again. It nice that the job was done in one day. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the job they done.

Jeff Fitch did an outstanding job taking out our old garden tub and installing a walk-in shower. Jeff was very professional and courteous in every way, answered any questions we had and explaining some things that were unique to our situation. We have never been more impressed with any work we have had performed at our home. Jeff is certainly an great asset to your company.

German Vazquez did a great job with our upstairs tub replacement. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Work was completed in a timely fashion and everything was cleaned up. He was able to answer any questions we had and the tub and walls look great!
