I had a sliding patio door replaced with a standard exterior door with side panels with windows. West Shore Design Consultant, Vernon Carr, was extremely helpful assisting us in designing the door and side panels. Vern was very knowledgeable with the product and with the use of his IPAD app was able to show us exactly what the finished product would look like. The door and panels were ordered on 4 Nov and installed on 21 Dec (way before original projected date of late Jan to mid Feb). Installers Joe, Tyler and Mark were efficient, professional and very knowledgeable at removing the sliding door and installing the new door and side panels. The team installed the door with the utmost attention to detail. Vern, Joe, Tyler and Mark are all â 5 Starâ workers and provide â 5 Starâ installation and customer service. I would recommend West Shore to anyone.

From the sales rep, Eric, to customer service, and finally installers Brandon P and Ron B the project was professional and smooth. Eric is very knowledgeable and is able to educate the customer on not only the product, but the entire installation process. Brandon and Ron were friendly and completed the project in a timely manner, with no mess left behind!

In less than 7 hours West Shore politely and efficiently removed a tub and replaced it with a beautiful new shower in a home we just bought. What a wonderful difference it has made to our bathroom. Brandon and Chase did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend West Shore.

I had a tub/shower removed and replaced with a new shower. Kevin and Hunter explained the process as it moved forward. Put down floor coverings and cleaned up afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Looks great!

The installers, William & Derrick, are true professionals. From their interactions with us to their attention to detail, I can highly recommend these installers on any WestShore Home bath/shower remodel project. The same recommendation goes for the installers on two previous projects done by WestShore Home. Tyler & Willie on our guest bathroom shower installation, and Virgil & Nathaniel on our main floor shower did the same 5 Star work. Also, there were no corners cut in the design and materials used by WestShore Home on our bath/shower replacement projects. The design they use is well thought-out and the materials are high grade (even the parts that you don't see).

Johnny S and Bobar K were professional, courteous. The immediately went to work, were cautious of not making any damage throughout the house. Kept me informed along the way and cleaned up after themselves. The converted a typical tub into a walk in shower. Awesome company. Will be looking at them again for doors maybe next year
