My 2 installers were Chris Brummel and Marquel Chumm. They were professional, friendly and super efficient! My bathroom shower turned out beautiful!! Iâ m very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them for a job well done!!

The product is fine, but the human side of the business needs work. I have a few issues with the installation. The shower door is not level and barely stays closed, the caulking on the outside of the shower has already released from the bathroom wall in one section, they installed one of the safety bars in the opposite direction than what I asked, and the seam where the walls meet the bottom is uneven. I called their service number to let them know about the issues to be forced to leave a voicemail in hopes that someone would contact me later. Once someone did finally contact me, they scheduled an install manager to look at the problems. He canceled the first appointment so we had to reschedule. The next time, I was just left a voice message saying he would order the parts we need and schedule a repair at a later time.

West Shore responded quickly to our request for a price quote. We loved the salesman who came to our home, Joseph Kelly. He was knowledgeable about the process and the products that West Shore offers. The installers were great! They were so nice, they worked hard and cleaned as they went and were finished before dinnertime. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They were a father and son team, P Elliott and D. Elliott. But the thing we love most about West Shore is our new beautiful shower!!! I look forward to taking a shower now!!

The end result went way beyond my expectations. VERY PLEASED!! Long overdue!! The installers, Aaron and Malik, were very respectable, informative and left the bathroom very clean. When you make the very wise decision to allow West Shore Homes to do your project installation, DO ASK for Aaron and Malik for the job!!

I had a new front door with storm door installed and West Shore did an outstanding job from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful, Customer Service kept me informed about the order and the installers were great. The installers William and Jacob were prompt, polite, efficient, and met my high expectations. West Shore's professionalism is definitely "Five Star."

West Shore Home remodeled a walk in shower for us. We were very pleased with the results. Jeff and Vinny did the job in a day and a half. They showed up when they said they would, they put down runners to keep our carpet clean and they cleaned up everything before they left. They were courteous and went the extra mile when they saw a defect in one of the parts of the shower. They quickly got a new piece to replace the defective one. They did an amazing job and we are thrilled with our new shower.

The experience was AWESOME! Aaron and Malik came on time, was very professional, and clean. They also did cleaning after completing the work. My expectations were high and they met all of them. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to having my other bathroom completed.

West Shore Home redid our shower to a handicap shower. Very pleased with our installers Tyler and Wes. Very Professional, clean, polite and handled everything. We didnt know where our shut off valve for water was; we had only be in the house a year. They got it figured out and finished the job in record time.

Very professional, excellent work, willing to work with us to get exactly what we needed! Windows are an excellent product! We were complimented on how nice our windows look after our first install of seven windows. We installed four more today, and it looks great! Many thanks to our installers.

Mr. Joyner was very respectful of how he came in and out of the house. He explained what he was doing as well as ask questions about placement of specific items. He completed installation earlier than I expected. The shower works great, looks beautiful and I can't stop talking about it to family and friends.
