Braxton B and Hunter M were my installers for a new Bathroom tub and walls/ ceiling. They were very personal and professional. Bob was done as expected and I am impressed with my new bathroom. Thanks guys!

Douglas Broadwater was exceptional. He thoroughly went over the product and options and patiently waited while we made the final decision on what we wanted to do with our bathroom. He met with us on a Saturday and that following Wednesday, the installers Willie and John came out to install our beautiful new walk in shower! To say that we were impressed at how quickly they came out to do the project and how quickly they were able to get it done is an understatement! Willie and John are rockstars!!! Highly, highly recommend this company!

The project took two days to complete because of minor problems the installers took care of graciously and professionally. We would like to recommend Chris B. Brandon and Chase were very professional and friendly. They were on time explaining what they were going to do. Did a great job cleaning up after the work.

Kevin Alicea did an awesome job He removed the old tub and installed a new walk-in shower. All done, start to finish in 8 hours. A one man show! Very courteous and respectful. Could not have asked for better!

The entire project from start to finish too less than a week! Mr. Broadwater showed me all the options and pricing that West Shore offered and quickly updated our changes to the project later that day. P. Elliott and D. Elliott were very professional during the installation and provided input to my many questions. TYHe installation was completed quickly in one day. I would use them again if we ever decide to renovate the guest bathroom.

The installers, P. Elliott and D. Elliott, could not have been better, but the work order that was given to them was incomplete.

From sales rep to the installation crew, they were all professional and efficient. Robert Steiner and his crew installed 2 sliding glass doors and an exterior door with precision. all very professional. I give them a 5 star rating.

William Duncan & Jourdan Jackson did a fantastic job installing my new patio door! They were friendly, on time, and completed the job in less than 3 hours. My new door looks great!! You can't beat the 2 year installation warranty (not that I think it will be needed, they did such a great job) or the 50 year product warranty. Quality was top notch, would 100% use West Shore Home again in the future!

The work that completed work is excellent. Tyler S, and Josh T. were the contractors on site. The customer service, friendliness and work performed was just awesome. I would like to recommend a raise for those gentlemen. The level of professionalism was just off of the charts. I highly recommend West Shore for any remodeling project.

I had two bathrooms done. They arrived about 8am and finished 3:30pm. Very efficient and worked the entire time. There was little to no talking among themselves - they came to get a job done and they did. I'm very pleased with the quality work & the professionalism. They explained the process from beginning to end. I would high recommend this company, it was well worth the MONEY. I'm so happy with the new look of both my bathrooms now. The work is awesome!

Aaron, Derrick and Phillip did a wonderful job. Replaced old plumbing and tub. Did all the demolition and installation quickly and cleaned up when done. Beautiful result.

The workers they send are professional and very well with respect of our home and communicated with us on all aspects of the work. When they left it was so clean that you wouldnâ t know they had been there.

Willie and John were here bright and early, worked diligently all day, left the bathroom with a job so well done and cleaned up everything. They were professional, courteous and extremely nice. I truly love the walk-in shower and the way it looks so good in the room.

I have an older home with some unique plumbing challenges. Kevin and Hunter handled the challenge during the replacement of a small stall shower that had been installed over 20 years ago. The shower is now much larger with safety grab bars and a much better shower head. It changed the look of the bathroom for the better.

Jeff Aiken and Will Barnette installed our new bathtub. They were both very friendly and get a great job!

Aaron and Malik were very professional! They replaced tub and shower with a walk-in shower. The shower is stunning...makes me feel as if I am showering at a 5-star hotel.

I want to personally thank P. Elliott/D. Elliott and Mr Fitch (?) for their attention to detail and huge effort to finalize my bathroom remodeling. They went the extra mile to ensure that the ongoing remodeling was finally completed to an acceptable standard there by ensuring hopefully many , many years of relaxing shower/therapy bath time.

1/18/2021 : We had a sales man ( Les Springob ) at home from West Shore Home LCC. He was very friendly and professional on his work and we together design what we want for our remodeling from a Bathtub to walk in shower. In the end of his visit we make the deal with west shore home LCC for that new project and it was cleared out with the sales man what has to be included to the new walk in shower : acryl walls , magnet shower head , slide glass doors , shower seat and boards , shower tube , free installation and lifetime warranty. 1/25/2021 : The installer shows up a week later and make a great job here ( like to give 10 STARS here ) special thanks to Ron Berry & Branden Pheasant.They finish there work as promised they was very professional and we love our new walk in shower. Thanks for your promised agreement !
