Robert Watson installed a shower to replace our garden tub. He was quick and very professional. Did a great clean up job.

Marquel C & Eli D were professional installers and showed hospitality. Great customer service. They were missing one piece that wasnâ t loaded but Iâ m in a similar business and completely understand. The way the young men handled the situation is the same way Iâ d want my employees to handle a similar situation.

Chris an Brian arrived on time and went to work immediately while keeping me posted as to there progress. These two men worked through the day with as little as fifteen minutes for lunch and completed my shower in one day. Great job guys, I'll keep you in mind for my next home project.

The sales lady was very nice and helpful with suggestions and arranging finance of new shower. I admit I had a sticker shock when was told the price. Having Parkinsons makes carpentry and plumbing very difficult, or I would have tackled it myself.

We had our tub/shower combination in both bathrooms replaced with walk in showers & I absolutely love them!! Everyone from our sales rep. to the installers were very professional, courteous & answered all our questions. Our sales rep. was Laurie Ferguson. Installers were David Ogden, Jeff Farr, Lawrence Stoudt & Logan McCracken. They did a great job & we have had many compliments on our new showers.

I met my two installers, P. Elliott and D. Elliott at the time I was told to expect them. These gentlemen were very professional. They informed me of what they were doing and if it was what we had ask for. Once they began it was nonstop until the job was done. Have not used yet. My bathroom is small, but shower,and toilet can be moved. Just need a bigger shower and the way I want it done will make little more room in bathroom. And want new tile down, new çovering done need shower a little bigger so I can sit because I loose me balance. Need a safer bathroom

They were professional and personable. The installer arrived as scheduled. The remodel took 8 hours. This includes the clean-up. I was impressed by the neatness of his work. I have a disability, They accommodated my special needs. He took the time to let me decide the best placement for the grab bars, soap dish, and the lower holder for the showerhead, Thank you to Willie/Vinny for your professional and expert service.

We are very pleased with our new tub-to-shower project. It was done by Chase and Mark from Greenville, NC. They did a super good job and went over everything they had done and gave us an opportunity to ask questions or take comments on their work. Would definitely recommend West Shore Homes.

We had a very good experience. The first day the job was started by one installer (Aron) who was very polite and respectful. He did not mind answering our questions. He made us feel very comfortable. The second day Aron came with another installer (Eli) who also displayed the same respect and good manners Aron did. They both work together diligently and in harmony. At the very end Aron went over the warranty and gave us some care and cleaning instructions in writing. Our finished shower looks very nice. We can tell the quality of the work.

The installer arrived at our home at 8:45am and did not leave until 7Pm(Kevin Alicea). He was professional and courteous. It amazed me that the job was done in a day with only him as the installer. Drop cloths were dropped from garage door entrance to bathroom to protect my property. He left with no questions unanswered. I felt extremely comfortable with his presence in our home. And was surprised that the noise was very minimal. I remained in the home during the installation. Was not forced outside while the work was done. I was in the comfort of my home throughout the installation. And the bathroom was well cleaned before the installer left

TJ & Trevis arrived early on a Thu morning & worked hard throughout the day. Very professional & friendly. I am a day sleeper & I barely heard them while I slept. Left everything clean once they were finished. Would totally recommend them to anyone.

From first contact with the sales planner to instillation they were courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep. presented a complete overview of what we could expect and what the finished project would look like . When installation crew arrived they were very professional and efficient at the removal of the old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to any one thinking of installing a walk in bath.

Jesse Sutton came to the house and presented the project. He was thourogh and covered everything I needed to know. Kevin Alicia arrived less than a month later and installed the shower in a day. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the area , and was polite. I am happy with my new shower and would recommend this company to anyone needing a shower install.
